Welcome to Superlame Apparel, where the designs are lazy but our legal team is not. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If that makes you nervous, grab a coffee and read on.
This website is operated by Superlame Apparel Limited. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Superlame Apparel. We provide this site, our products, and related services (the “Service”) to you, the user, under the following terms.
If you use our site, browse our products, or make a purchase, you’re agreeing to all of it. If you don’t agree with any part, kindly close the tab and pretend this never happened.
1. Eligibility & Your Agreement
You must be at least the age of majority in your country, or have permission from your responsible grown-up to use this site. Also, no funny business—don’t use our stuff for anything shady, illegal, or destructive.
2. Store Policies
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone
- Cancel or limit orders (especially if they look suspicious or reseller-y)
- Adjust prices or products without notice
- Make bad jokes in product descriptions
You agree to give us accurate info when ordering and keep your payment details up to date so we can actually deliver your stuff.
3. Products & Colours
We try to show our shirts and colours as accurately as possible, but screens vary and raccoons are colourblind—so give us a little leeway.
Some products are limited edition or seasonal. We may discontinue any product at any time without notice. It’s nothing personal.
4. Payments & Billing
We use trusted payment platforms to handle all transactions. If your card is declined, cursed, or otherwise uncooperative, we can’t help until that’s sorted.

5. Third-Party Services
We use Shopify and Printify to run this operation, so your data may pass through their servers. They're pros. If you click on any links or use tools we didn’t build, you’re playing by their rules too.
6. Comments & Submissions
Got feedback, memes, or fan art? We’d love to see it. Just know we may use it (with credit if appropriate, without compensation), and we’re not liable if someone doesn’t laugh at your joke.
7. Prohibited Uses
Don’t hack, spam, phish, harass, or otherwise make this a bad time for others. We reserve the right to boot you out if you break stuff, hurt feelings, or violate the laws of the internet (or Ireland).
8. Errors & Inaccuracies
Sometimes we mess up. We might fix pricing errors, update info, or cancel an order if something’s clearly wrong. We'll do our best to keep you in the loop.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
All items and services are provided “as-is.” We can’t promise everything will go perfectly, but we’ll always try to make it right if it doesn’t.
We’re not responsible for:
- Lost profits
- Unexpected raccoon attacks
- Typos that make you buy more T-shirts than intended
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland (and maybe a bit of common sense).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. You’re responsible for checking them now and again. If you keep using the site, it means you’re cool with the changes.
