Superlame Apparel Limited

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • With tags and in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (like your order confirmation)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Please note: returns sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If anything’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered—let us know right away and we’ll make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items can't be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Items marked as final sale

Return your original item, and place a new order separately.
We’ll process the refund as soon as we receive your return.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery—no reason needed.
As always, returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.


Refunds

We’ll let you know once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
